Cibus Farmer Producer Company Limited

We have been running Cibus Farmer Producer Company Limited out of our spot at D-37 Midc Madhatembhurni for a while now. It’s mostly just us getting through the daily list of things that need doing for the local farmers. Being in the MIDC area means there is always a bit of noise from the neighboring units, but it keeps us on our toes. Usually, the mornings start early when the first trucks pull up with whatever was harvested the night before. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and making sure the numbers in our books match what’s actually there on the floor. It’s not fancy work, and the office gets dusty pretty fast with the wind blowing through the open doors. Some days the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait or use the ledgers by hand. It’s a lot of talking on the phone with people from the nearby villages. We try to keep the place organized, but with so many crates moving around, it’s a bit of a struggle. Most of the folks here are from around Madhatembhurni, so we all know each other well. We don't have big meetings or anything like that. We just gather around the desk, drink some tea, and figure out who is taking what where. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and get the job done every single day.
