Our business, Bhale Patil Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located at House Number 177, known as Bhale Nivas. We are right across from the Government Hospital in Hungunda, which is in the Biloli Taluka. It’s a very easy spot to find if you are in the neighborhood. The house is where we do most of our administrative work for the company. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool our resources to see if we could get better results for our hard work. It’s a family-run feeling here, and we don’t really go for the corporate style. Most of our meetings happen over tea in the front room, discussing things like seed quality or when the next truck is coming. Being near the hospital means there’s always some activity around, which keeps things interesting. We handle the collection and sale of crops from the local area. It’s not always easy, especially when the market prices are low, but we try to support each other. We don't have any big slogans. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of farming and business management. The office at Bhale Nivas is simple and practical, just like us. We know the land in Biloli very well because we’ve been working it for years. If you need to find us, just look for the house in front of the hospital. We are usually there, either working on the books or talking to a neighbor.
