Adhiransh Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of house number 1529 in Niwgha. It is a small, quiet village in the Hadgaon area. Most of us who run things here have been farming since we were children. This company is our way of pooling what we have so we can all do a bit better. We handle the seeds, the fertilizer, and then we help sell the harvest when it is ready. In a place like Niwgha, everyone knows what everyone else is doing, so we try to be as honest as possible. We don't have any fancy brochures or a website with flashy pictures. It is just us and the land. Sometimes the road leading to our office gets very muddy after a big rainstorm. We have a bit of storage space so we don't have to sell the grain right away if the prices are low. It is a lot of hard physical labor every day. My brother takes care of the transport while I talk to the other farmers in the Hadgaon taluka. We aren't experts in the business world, we just know what crops grow well in this soil. We have good days and bad days like anyone else. Some mornings are tough, but then you see the crops growing and it feels worth it. We are just local folks from Hadgaon trying to keep things going for another year.
