Maha Laxmi Industries

We are located right on the Main Road in Redlakunta. If you are driving by, you can’t really miss the sound of the machines. Maha Laxmi Industries has been around here for a while. It’s a typical factory setup. We have the heavy equipment in the back and a small space in the front where we keep the books. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust from the production process. We make parts and supplies that other businesses need. It is sweaty work, especially during the afternoons when the sun hits the tin roof. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. It’s just the owner and the workers who have been here since the start. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or bike to work. Redlakunta is a small place, so everyone knows who we are. We don't spend money on advertising. People just know where to find us if they need something made. Sometimes the raw material delivery is late, and we have to wait around drinking tea until the truck shows up. Then it’s a rush to get everything finished. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We don't have a website or anything, just this physical shop on the road where we do our best every day.
