Keerthi Industries Ltd. is way out in Mellacheruvu Village, which is part of the Mellacheruvu Mandal. Our specific spot is at Sy No 1086. Being in a village means things are a bit different than being in a big city. The pace is a little slower until you get inside the gates where the actual industrial work is happening. It’s a big site and there is always something humming or moving. We have people coming in from the local areas to work the shifts. The road out here can be a bit rough sometimes, especially when the rains hit, but we manage to keep things going. It’s a lot of concrete, metal, and heavy equipment. We don't have any polished floors or glass walls. It is a gritty, hardworking environment where everyone is usually wearing boots and high-visibility gear. We spend our days managing the production lines and making sure the machinery is behaving itself. At lunch, people usually sit together and talk about local things or what’s happening in the village. It feels more like a community than just a company because many of us have lived in this Mandal for a long time. We aren't trying to be fancy or pretend to be some high-tech startup. We are an industrial plant in a rural area, and we are perfectly fine with that. It’s just about getting the daily output ready and making sure the day ends safely.
