Northern Kings Tours & Travels

Our place is in Bank House, right on the Mall Road in Nainital. It is a very central location, so we see a lot of people walking by all the time. The Mall Road is really the main part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to walk by the lake. We have been at this address for a good bit of time. It is a busy office because of where we are. We deal with all sorts of travel requests, from simple taxi rides to longer tours of the surrounding hills and mountains. We are usually in the office from early morning until late evening during the busy season. It is not always easy to keep everything organized when there are so many people asking questions at once, but we do what we can. The noise from the street is always there, but we don't mind it. It makes us feel like we are part of the town's energy. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the roads and the hotels well. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is ready for the guests. It is straightforward work. We don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just provide the transport and the help that people need when they are visiting this part of the world. It keeps us on our toes.
