It’s a safe and busy part of town. The complex has a few different shops, but we’ve been here in unit 39 for a good while. Kaladhungi Road is one of the main veins of the city, so there is always traffic. We see a lot of people passing through on their way to the hills. Our office is small but functional. We have a desk, some files, and a landline that rings quite a bit. Being near the police chowki makes it easy to give directions. Most locals know exactly where that is. We do all sorts of travel bookings. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. It's just a place to get business done. We appreciate when people come in with their plans already somewhat thought out.
