Nainital Trips

You can find us right in the Hotel Palace Building on Mall Road. It is always busy out there, especially when the weather is nice and the tourists start arriving in their big buses. We spend most of our days talking to people who just arrived or are looking for a way to see the sights around the hills. Nainital Trips isn't a huge operation. We have a small desk and some chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a whole family walks in at once with all their luggage. Mall Road is noisy, but we like being in the middle of it. We know the roads around here well because we've lived here a long time. It’s funny how people always ask the same questions about the lake, but we don't mind. We just tell them what we know. The office has a few maps on the wall that are starting to curl at the edges. We should probably get new ones, but these work fine for showing the way to the viewpoints. If the lake is foggy, things slow down a bit. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a good spot to watch the world go by. Being in the Hotel Palace Building makes it easy for folks to find us. We don't do anything fancy, just help with bookings and cars. That is about it for us. It is just a regular local business.
