Hito Travels

If you ever find yourself on Kaladhungi Road near the Sai Hospital, you've probably passed by Kapil Complex without thinking much of it. We're tucked away in Shop No-30 under the name Hito Travels. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. Being so close to the hospital means there’s always people moving around outside, and the noise from the traffic on Kaladhungi Road is pretty much constant from morning until night. We’ve got our desks set up near the back where it’s a bit quieter. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things go in Haldwani. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and trying to help people get where they need to go, whether that's up to Nainital or further out. The office has a few old chairs for people to sit on while we check the availability for their trips. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that; it’s just us doing the work. Usually, there's a half-empty box of biscuits and some tea cups sitting around by the afternoon. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us once they know we’re near the hospital. Shop No-30 has been our base for a good while, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of this building and the people in it. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
