Sonu Tours Travels

Sonu Tours Travels is located on Mall Road, which is pretty much the center of everything around here. If you know Mall Road, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people walking by. Our office is right there in the middle of it. It’s a small room with a lot of posters on the walls and a big desk where we sit. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go and looking at different bus and train schedules. There is always a lot of paper on the desk—receipts, notes, and maps. The door stays open most of the time so people can just walk in, which means a lot of dust from Mall Road comes in too. We have a small bench for people to wait on, but it’s not the most comfortable thing in the world. The phone rings a lot, and we are constantly checking for updates on different routes. It gets loud outside, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on Mall Road. We don’t have a fancy website or a big team; it’s just us handling the bookings one by one. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to write everything down by hand. It can be a bit chaotic, but we are used to the pace of life here. We usually close up once the street starts to get a bit quieter late at night.
