We are Y T D O Tours & Travels. Our office is located right on Mall Road in Nainital, just a short walk from the Uco Bank. Being here for a while, we mostly help people figure out how to get around the hills. It gets busy on the Mall Road, especially during the summer months when the tourists arrive. We spend most of our time answering questions about taxi rates and showing people where the local sights are. It's not a fancy place, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just how things are in the mountains. We know these roads pretty well because we live here. We see the lake every day when we come to work. Usually, people are looking for a car to take them to the nearby viewpoints or down to the station. We just write down the details and make sure a driver is ready. It's straightforward work. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know the area. If you are near the bank, you can find us easily. There is no need for anything complicated. We just try to get things done so travelers can move on to their next stop without much trouble. The weather changes fast here, so we often talk about that with the guests. It’s a small operation.
