Nirvanatrip

Our office, Nirvanatrip, is at 95, Main Market in Tallital. Being in the main market means there is never a dull moment during the day. We have the bus stand nearby and all the shops selling vegetables and clothes right outside our window. It is a very different vibe from the other side of the lake. We have been at number 95 for quite some time now. The office is a bit worn in, but that just shows how much work we do here. We spend our time arranging trips and making sure everything is lined up for travelers. We don't use any complicated systems, just our notebooks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Tallital is where most people first arrive in Nainital, so we see a lot of tired faces looking for help. We try to keep things simple and honest. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We just tell people the prices and the times. The market can get really crowded on weekends, making it hard to even walk to the front door. But we like being part of the community here. Most of the other shopkeepers are our friends. We share news and tea throughout the day while we wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a basic life but it keeps us busy and connected to the town. We just keep moving forward.
