Nainital Tour & Travel

Nainital Tour & Travel is located in Mallital. Our shop is right near the Bata Shop, which is a good landmark if you are walking around. We have a small space where we sit and wait for customers. Most people find us while they are out shopping or walking towards the lake. We keep a few brochures on the desk, but mostly we just talk to people. We have lived in Nainital all our lives, so we know the shortcuts and the best times to visit certain spots. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a room with some posters of the mountains on the walls. We handle a lot of local taxi bookings. Sometimes the phones ring constantly, and other times it's very quiet. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. It's just us answering the door and helping people figure out their travel plans. If the weather is bad, we tell people to stay put. We are honest about how long it takes to get to places like Ranikhet or Almora. The roads can be narrow and slow. We just try to be helpful and make sure the drivers are on time. It is a simple life running a travel desk here. We see the seasons change from our front door. Most days are spent just chatting with locals and tourists alike.
