Naini Youth Travels (Head Office)

You can find our head office at Abbey Lodge in the Ayearpatta area of Mallital. It is tucked away a bit higher up than the main lake road, so it stays a little quieter and cooler up here. We have been using this building for our travel work for quite some time now. It is a nice spot because we get a bit of peace away from the loud horns and the tourist crowds on the Mall. Most of our work involves managing trips for younger people and groups who want to explore the mountains around Nainital. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at our desks making sure all the bookings are in order. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to different transport providers. The walk up to Abbey Lodge is a bit steep, but we are used to it and it keeps us fit. We don't have a flashy office with modern furniture, just a functional space that works for what we do. It feels like a more traditional way of working compared to the shops on the main road. We enjoy the pace of life in Ayearpatta. It is one of the older parts of the town and has a lot of trees and birds around. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the trips go as planned. It's not a bad way to earn a living.
