Hilltop House Tour & Travels

We've been here at 3 Bank House for a while now. Being right on Mall Road in Mallital makes it easy for people to find us, especially since we are just below the Cafe Coffee Day. Sometimes people miss the entrance, but once they see the coffee shop, they know where we are. We handle travel stuff for people coming to Nainital or going out to other places. It stays busy here during the tourist season, which is expected. The office is small but it works for us. We spend most of the day answering calls and trying to figure out transport for folks. It is not always easy with the mountain roads and the traffic around the lake, but we manage. Most days we are just sitting here at the desk, looking out at the crowds on the Mall. If you are walking around Mallital, you will probably pass by our door. We deal with cars, bookings, and general advice about where to go. Nothing fancy, just the usual travel work. It is a good spot to be in, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We have seen the town change a lot over the years from this office. It is noisy outside but we are used to it by now. Just doing our bit to help people get where they need to go in the hills. We don't plan on moving anytime soon.
