Vaibhav Steels

Vaibhav Steels is located right near the Bus Stand in Paratwada, which is in the Achalpur tehsil. Being so close to the bus stand means we are always surrounded by the sounds of horns and people shouting. Our shop is a simple concrete structure where we store and sell various steel items. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’re a well-known spot for anyone in the tehsil who needs construction materials. The shop isn't anything special to look at. We have some heavy racks for the steel and an old wooden desk where we sit and wait for customers. During the hot months, the metal gets very warm to the touch, so we have to be careful when handling it. We don't have a fancy team of managers. It’s just a few of us who have worked together for years. We get our tea from the small shop across the street, and we know most of the bus drivers who pass by every day. The work is mostly physical, loading and unloading the trucks that come in. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to sell our products and make a decent living. Sometimes the road gets blocked by the buses, and we have to wait to move our stuff, but that’s just life in Paratwada. We keep things simple and try to be honest in our dealings with everyone who walks through the door.
