Out here in Nagpur, Maharashtra, we spend most of our time dealing with the metal side of things. Adhunik Metalliks Ltd has been around this part of the country for a bit. The 440022 area is where we operate. It's a lot of heat and heavy materials. You won't find any shiny carpets or glass walls in our space. It's a practical setup. We wake up, head to the site, and start moving things around. There's always something to do with the machines or the inventory. Sometimes the weather in Nagpur gets really hot, which makes the work even tougher, but we’re used to it by now. People ask what we do exactly, and it’s mostly just making sure the production stays on track. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. I’m just writing this because we need a description. We’re just a bunch of guys working with metal. It gets loud and messy. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a factory environment, so things get misplaced sometimes. We just fix it and move on. If you come by, you’ll see the trucks lining up. That's how we know it's a good day. We’ve been at this address for a while and don’t plan on going anywhere else. It’s just honest work in a busy city. Most of us have been here since the start and we just keep the wheels turning.
