You can find us over at 05, Radheshyam Nagar, in the Jaitala part of Nagpur. It’s a bit more relaxed here compared to the city center, which is nice when you’re dealing with the kind of work we do at Bajaj Steel Industries. Our spot is just a regular building on a regular street. We don’t have any big flashy signs or neon lights. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, so we try not to be too loud early in the morning. Inside, it’s just us and the steel. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of space for storage. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to worry about that. We’re more focused on getting the measurements right and making sure the deliveries are loaded correctly. The dust gets everywhere in Nagpur, so we’re always wiping down the equipment before we start. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We don't have any fancy titles or big corporate rules. We just come in, check the schedule, and get to work. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during lunch if there’s a breeze. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The neighborhood is friendly and we like being part of the local community here in Radheshyam Nagar. It's just honest work.
