We have been over here at G-5 in the MIDC industrial area for quite a while now. If you head down Hingna Wadi Road, you will find our gate. It is an industrial spot, so it gets a bit noisy with all the metal work going on throughout the day. We mostly deal with iron and steel stuff, getting things cut or shaped for whoever needs it. Some days it is quiet, but usually, the machines are running from morning until evening. My hands are usually a bit greasy by lunch, but that is just part of the job here. We have a small crew. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to Hingna isn't too bad for the guys. We aren't a big flashy company with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workshop where we get the work done. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard in the monsoon, but we just move the machines out of the way and keep going. It is honest work. Sometimes things get busy and we stay late to finish a batch for a customer. We have known the neighbors in the industrial area for years. It is the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and who takes their tea with extra sugar during the break. We don't have a lot of fancy paperwork or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be made and then we make it.
