Ace Refractories Ltd.

Ace Refractories Ltd. is situated in Nagpur, specifically in the Seminary Hills area. We are located in the Govind Gorkhede Complex, which everyone around here just calls the G.G. Complex. Our office is in Building D2, Flat G2. It’s a bit unusual to have a refractory business office in a residential-style complex, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and away from the heavy industrial noise of the city. Seminary Hills is a nice part of Nagpur, with a bit more greenery than the center of town. We spend our days managing orders and talking to suppliers about heat-resistant materials. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to drop by, though we aren't really a retail shop. It’s more about the logistics and the technical side of the refractory industry. We don't have a big staff, so whoever picks up the phone is probably the same person who will be handling your paperwork. We try to keep things organized, but like any busy office, there are piles of papers and half-empty tea cups around. We’ve been in this building for some time now and the neighbors are used to us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't use big corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the refractories to the sites where they are needed and making sure everything is handled properly.
