This is the Nagpur branch of Uttam Galva Steel Ltd. and you can find us over at 115 Manewada Road. Sandip Nagmote and the team here stay pretty busy with the day-to-day operations. It is a straightforward setup really, nothing too complicated. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the inventory and making sure the steel gets loaded and moved out correctly. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer months, which makes working with metal quite a task, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. We just open up the gates in the morning and get to work on whatever orders came in. Most of the guys here live nearby so there is a bit of a local feel to the place. We know the roads around here well and how to get things delivered even when the traffic on Manewada Road gets backed up. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers in our books. We don't have a big corporate office feel here, it's more of a place where you get your hands dirty and make sure the customer gets what they asked for. We've been at this spot for a bit and it works for us. Just regular people doing regular work with steel every single day without any unnecessary drama or trying to sound like something we are not.
