Super Pack A Divn Of Bajaj Steel Inds Ltd

Our place is situated on Imambada Road. We go by Super Pack, which is actually a division of Bajaj Steel Industries Limited. Being on Imambada Road means we are in a part of town that has a lot of history and constant movement. The building itself isn't brand new, but it holds everything we need to do our daily work. We deal with packaging and steel-related stuff mostly. It is heavy work sometimes and the hours can be long. The floor gets a bit messy with scraps and bits of tape or metal, but we try to sweep up when we get a spare moment. It is a large operation compared to some of the smaller shops nearby, but we try to keep it feeling like a regular workplace. People here have been working together for many years and we know each other's routines. The trucks come in through the gates throughout the day and we get them loaded up as quickly as possible. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains hard and the road outside gets muddy, but we manage. We aren't really into fancy office chairs or high-end gadgets. We use what we have and focus on the machinery and the output. It is a lot of manual coordination and shouting over the noise. You hear the sounds of the machines running all day long. It's just a regular industrial site where people put in their hours and then head home to their families. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just drivers and suppliers.
