You can find us on the second floor of JP Chamber-1, in flat 214. We are located on South Road in Madhav Nagar, which is quite close to Mate Chowk in the Ambazari area. It's a nice part of town, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes near the chowk. We deal with refractories, mostly the specialized bricks and materials used for high-temperature industrial stuff. Our office is a bit tucked away, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s easy enough to spot. There are four or five of us working here on any given day. We handle the sales and the technical side of things for the factory. We usually have stacks of blueprints and order forms on every available surface. It’s a practical office, nothing too fancy. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about shipping dates or material grades. Being near Ambazari is good for us because it’s central. We get a lot of calls from plants all over the region. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the street and the tops of some trees, but it's a quiet enough place to get our work done. We have an old ceiling fan that squeaks a bit when it's on high, but it keeps the air moving. As long as the internet is working and the files are in order, we are happy. Most of our clients prefer it this way too, just straightforward business without any fluff or expensive furniture.
