Our place, Shri Radharasbihari Steel Pvt. Ltd., is at 262 in the Small Factory Area. We are right near the Pritam Complex in Bagadganj, which stays pretty crowded with people and vehicles. The building is just a standard factory setup with high ceilings and plenty of noise. We have stacks of steel bars and plates taking up most of the floor space. Walking through the aisles involves stepping over cables and around the forklifts. The office is upstairs, and you can feel the floor vibrate whenever a heavy load is dropped downstairs. It gets dusty inside because of the trucks moving on the dirt roads outside. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the fans pointed at us during the summer months. There’s no big fancy lobby here, just a door that leads straight into the workspace. Most of our day is spent checking the weight of the metal and making sure the delivery notes are signed correctly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. It’s a busy environment with people shouting orders and the sound of metal hitting metal. We’ve got a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a kettle for making tea. It’s just a regular spot in a busy industrial part of town where we do our daily business. We've been at this Bagadganj location for years and the neighborhood has grown a lot around us.
