Shri Durga Steels Industries

Shri Durga Steels Industries is run out of the Itwari area. We are located at the Old Motor Stand, right opposite the Corporation Office. You can find us care of Sunil Narayan Sahu. It's a very traditional part of town. The streets are narrow and there’s always something happening outside. We deal with steel, so the place is naturally a bit dusty and loud. There are stacks of material everywhere. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a nice suit to. We’ve been at this spot for quite a long time. Everyone around Itwari knows where the Old Motor Stand is. We start our day early because the heat gets bad in the afternoon. The shop is open to the street mostly. We don't have air conditioning or anything fancy. Just some old fans that hum all day. Dealing with steel is heavy work. We spend our time moving things around and taking orders. The Corporation Office across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time backing in because the road is so tight. We just make it work. It's a family-style operation here. We don't use much technology besides a basic phone and some ledgers. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We aren't looking to change much. We just keep the steel moving for the folks who need it.
