R.L. Steels Ltd

Our place is over at 67, Lokhandenagar, which is right near the Gaytri Temple and opposite the VRCE in Nagpur. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the temple traffic. We deal with steel, so there’s always a lot of heavy lifting and the sound of metal moving around. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. Your hands get dirty and the workshop stays pretty warm, especially during the Nagpur summers. R.L. Steels Ltd isn't some glass-tower corporation. It’s a practical site where we get things done. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out to drop off materials or pick up orders. Sometimes the yard gets a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. We focus on the daily tasks like cutting, loading, and checking the inventory. Most of us have been working here for years and know each other well. We don't have fancy office chairs or a lunchroom; we just eat where we can and get back to work. It’s tough work but it feels good to see the loads going out on the trucks. People know us in this neighborhood as the guys who are always moving steel. It’s just what we do every day. We don't make a big fuss about it, we just show up and start the machines. It’s a solid way to spend the day, even if it is noisy and hot.
