We are based out in the Nagpur district, which means we deal with a lot of heat most of the year. The facility we have here isn't anything you’d see in a glossy magazine. It’s a working industrial site with a lot of metal, concrete, and noise. Most of the guys here have lived in Nagpur their whole lives, so we’re used to the way things work around this part of Maharashtra. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the machines are greased up and ready for the shift. It’s loud, and you usually have to shout to be heard over the hum of the heavy gear. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or leather chairs for guests. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably with a bit of grease on our hands or dust on our boots. The yard is usually full of materials waiting to be processed or loaded onto trucks to be shipped out. Lunchtime is when things finally quiet down for an hour and we all sit together in the shade of the main shed. We just try to do a solid day’s work and head home to our families when the sun starts to set. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when the power cuts out or a delivery is late, but we just manage it as it comes without complaining. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local team doing work in the heart of the district.
