The shop is located at Plot No- D- 68 in the M.I.D.C. Area, right off Hingna Road. Paramount Electroplaters And Industries has been here long enough that we know every crack in the concrete floor. Electroplating is a messy business, to be honest. We work with tanks and chemicals all day, making sure the metal pieces get the right finish. It’s not the kind of place you’d want to wear your nice clothes to. We get a lot of parts from other factories nearby that need coating. The air always smells a bit like metal and acid, but we don't notice it much anymore. It's an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always noise from the other plots. We have a small team, mostly guys who have been doing this for a long time and know the timing for the dips. Sometimes the schedules get tight when a big order comes in, and we stay late into the evening. We don't have a big office or a receptionist. If someone shows up, one of us just wipes our hands and goes out to the gate to talk. It's a practical way of doing things. We’ve stayed in this location because the logistics on Hingna Road work well for the trucks. It’s just a standard industrial operation. We focus on the work on the floor rather than how the front office looks. It's hot near the vats but we just get on with it every day.
