M S Jayaswals Neco Industries Ltd is located right on Wardha Road in Nagpur. You can find us at Plot No. 59 in Ingole Nagar, which is part of the Mauza Somalwada area. We are pretty close to Hotel Pride, so it’s easy to give people directions when they are coming to visit. Arvind Jaiswal is the one who keeps everything running from this office. It is a busy part of town, and the noise from the traffic on Wardha Road is something we have just learned to live with over the years. We handle a lot of the administrative work for the industrial side of the business here. It’s not a quiet or polished place. There are always people coming in and out, and the desks are usually covered in blueprints and delivery notes. Nagpur gets very hot, so we spend a lot of the summer just trying to stay cool while we work through the pile of tasks. We don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the casting and the industrial supplies that we deal with every day. It’s a lot of phone calls and making sure the trucks are on time. Some days are better than others, but we just keep showing up and doing the work. The office is just a plain room with what we need to get by. It works for us.
