We are set up at Flat No 108 in the 'Ratan Palace' building. It’s located on Agyaram Devi Road in Nagpur. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Khurana Travels and pretty close to the main bus stand. It’s a very central spot, which makes it easy for the staff to get to work every day. Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd has been using this flat as an office for a while. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential-style building, but it works for us. We don’t have heavy machines here; it’s mostly just the administrative side of things. The hallways are usually quiet, except when the bus stand across the road gets busy. We have a small sign on the door so people don’t get lost. Inside, it’s just a regular office with some computers and a lot of paper. We don’t have any polished reception area. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello and helps out. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make do with the space we have. Nagpur-440018 is a good area to be in if you want to be near the heart of the city’s transport links. We just do our work and don’t make a big deal about it. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get plenty done inside these walls.
