Our spot is in Kunal Residency-III, specifically in flat F-3 on Wardha Road. It’s a bit different being in a residential building, but it works for us here in Nagpur. Wardha Road is always busy with traffic coming and going, so it stays pretty lively throughout the day. We’ve been at this Jindal Steel & Power Ltd location for some time now, and while it might not look like a huge factory from the outside, there’s plenty of activity happening inside these walls. The 440034 area is a good place to be positioned. We keep the office simple. No big flashy signs or corporate decorations, just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about steel and logistics. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us on our toes. The people in the other flats are used to us by now. We try to keep things quiet so we don’t bother the families living nearby. It’s a practical way to run things without needing a massive office block in the middle of the city. We deal with whatever comes our way, from scheduling to sorting files, and we do it right here from Kunal Residency. Nagpur is a hot city, but we’ve got the fans going and the work stays steady. It’s just us doing what we need to do to keep the business side of things moving along for the company.
