You can find us at Savitri Apartments, specifically in Block 302-A. This is part of the Buty Layout in Shradhanandpeth, right off South Ambazari Road here in Nagpur. It's an office for Plant I of Jayaswal'S Neco Industries Limited. Working out of an apartment building means things stay pretty quiet, which helps when we're trying to focus on the technical details. It’s not like a big industrial site, even though that’s the business we are in. We handle the planning and the paperwork side of things from this room. The space is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of files coming in, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. Parking can be a bit of a headache around here if you come at the wrong time of day. We usually just walk if we’re living close by. It’s a very local feel. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that keep the plant running. We see the same delivery guys and the same neighbors every day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business office. We just focus on the work and try to get home on time.
