We are located at 207 Bajaj Nagar in Nagpur, with the 440010 pin code. This part of the city is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels a bit different than the industrial zones. Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has this office here to handle the local side of things. It is a decent neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to the main market areas, though the traffic on the main road can get loud during the evening hours. The building is a standard Nagpur structure, nothing too modern or flashy. We have our desks set up and the files organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit crowded to someone else. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes people drop by with papers or just to ask a quick question. We do not have a big fancy lobby, just a door and some chairs for people to sit. The staff usually gets lunch from the nearby places or brings it from home. Nagpur summers are really hot, so the air conditioning is a must if we want to get anything done. During the monsoon, the streets can get a bit flooded for a few hours, but we still make it in to do our work. It is a very practical work environment. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep everything running without too much fuss. It has been our base in Bajaj Nagar for a while.
