Down in Nagpur, we have our office at Swagat Niwas in Friends Colony. We occupy Flat 102 on Plot 141. It’s a quiet enough residential area, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our figures and reports. We’ve been part of the Friends Colony neighborhood for quite some time now. Dealing with Ispat Industries Ltd business means we stay fairly busy. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning, drink some tea, and get through our list of things to do. We’ve got some old furniture that’s seen better days, but it’s comfortable enough for us. Nagpur is a good place for this kind of business, and being in the 440013 area code puts us right where we need to be. We don’t use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just talk plainly about what’s happening with the steel and the shipments. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but we still show up and get the doors open. It’s a local operation, run by people who live right around here. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track.
