Ispat Industries Limited

Down on C.A. Road in Nagpur, it’s always loud and there’s always something happening. Our place is over at 960, right behind the Hotel India Sun. We are up on the second floor at Bhavsar Square. Mr. Krishnarao D. Moundekar is the person you’d usually see managing things for Ispat Industries Limited here. The square is a real landmark, so it’s easy to find us once you get past all the traffic and the parked rickshaws. The office isn’t much to look at, just some old desks and a few cabinets full of files about steel shipments and industrial orders. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the street noise, but you can still hear the horns honking all day long. We don’t have a lot of space, but we make it work. Most of the time, we are just busy with the logistics of the business. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no lobby or anyone to greet you at the door, you just walk in and we’re there working. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time, and the neighborhood hasn't changed much, just gotten a bit more crowded. We keep the tea kettle going and just get through the paperwork. It’s hard work, and the Nagpur heat doesn’t help, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s just how we operate, nothing more and nothing less. People know where we are.
