Ispat Industries Limited

Our place is at 201, Janki Nagar in Nagpur. Ispat Industries Limited has this office on the second floor of the building. It’s a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, which is nice because we don’t have to deal with too much noise while we work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some wooden desks that have seen better days and a couple of cupboards full of old records and ledgers. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so our air conditioner is usually running all day long. If it breaks, we are in trouble. We usually start our day around ten in the morning. There isn't a lot of foot traffic here, so it’s mostly just us and the occasional visitor. We spend a lot of time on the phones and handling paperwork. It’s a small space, but it fits what we need for now. We have a small corner where we keep the water filter and some snacks for the afternoon. The neighborhood has a few trees, which helps a bit with the heat. Sometimes we walk over to the local market if we need anything for the office like pens or paper. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have any fancy decorations or glass walls. It’s just a functional room where we come to work and then go home at the end of the day. It’s a very local feel, and we like it that way because it is comfortable.
