Ispat Group

Over here in Nagpur, the Ispat Group is located at Flat No: 141/17 in the CPWD Colony on Katol Road. Being in a government colony like this makes the environment feel very stable and familiar. It’s a residential-style office, which means we have a kitchen and a bit more space to breathe than a cramped commercial tower. We are in the 440 013 area, which is a good part of Maharashtra to be in. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers and people talking. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you something you don't need. We just have our staff who know their jobs well and get on with it. Sometimes we walk down Katol Road during lunch just to stretch our legs. The trees in the colony provide some nice shade when it gets hot, which happens quite often in Nagpur. We keep our files organized and our desks as tidy as we can, though things can get a bit messy when we are busy. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just here at Flat 141/17, doing what we do every day. It’s a simple life and a simple office, and we are quite happy with that. We just focus on the task at hand and move on.
