Interarch Ltd,Noida.

Even though the name says Noida, we are actually based here in Nagpur at House No 758 in Lalganj Baripura. We are right near the Dhade Flour Mill, so you can often hear the machines running when it's busy over there. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people know where the mill is so they find us eventually. This building used to be a regular house before we turned it into the Interarch Ltd office. It has that lived-in feel with the old tiles and the narrow hallways. We have a few desks squeezed into the front rooms. Most of the time, we are just sitting here going through files or talking on the phone with the head office. It gets quite humid in Nagpur, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze, even if the dust comes in. There is a small yard out front where we park a couple of scooters. The staff here is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for years. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. Every morning begins with dusting off the keyboards and checking the list of things to do. We usually finish up by six and lock up the gate. It is a very routine way of working, but it suits the way we do things here. The neighbors are friendly and things stay pretty simple.
