Facor Steels Limited

Facor Steels Limited has its place out at 46 A & B in the MIDC Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to an industrial zone, you know exactly what it’s like. There are big trucks everywhere and the air always smells a bit like smoke and metal. Our facility is pretty large because we deal with steel, and you need space for that kind of thing. It’s a lot of hard work, and the shifts can be long. We have people coming in and out at all hours to make sure everything stays running. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust, and it gets quite loud when the machines are all going at once. We don’t really have a fancy office; it’s mostly just a place for us to keep the logs and take a break. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for quite a while now. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look pretty. It’s a steel plant, so it looks like a steel plant. We focus on the actual production and making sure the loads get sent out on time. The guys on the floor know their jobs well, and we mostly just stay out of each other's way and get the work finished. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’re just one of the many businesses out here in MIDC trying to keep the wheels turning.
