We are set up in Shop No. 10 in the village of Mazgaon, near the telephone exchange in Saikhla. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the big city industrial zones, which we don't mind one bit. The pace of life is a little slower, but the work we do with metal is still pretty demanding. Our shop is just a basic unit where we do our cutting, bending, and whatever else the customers ask for. The telephone exchange nearby is the main landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We often have people from the village or the surrounding areas dropping in just to see what we are up to or to ask if we can fix a broken gate or a piece of farm equipment. We don't have a big marketing department or a website that gets updated. Most people just know us by word of mouth. The floor is usually dusty, and there is always the sound of metal hitting metal. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot, and we usually wrap things up when the light starts to fade. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when a big order arrives all at once. It’s just about being part of the local community and doing a job that needs doing every single day.
