Chaman Metallics Pvt. Ltd. (Msp Group)

Our office is at 280, Jaidurga No. 2, in the Somalwada area of Nagpur. We’ve been part of the Msp Group for a while, but our local setup here is pretty simple. We deal with metallics, which means a lot of technical talk and logistics. Nagpur is known for being hot, and our office is no exception. We have some old air conditioners that try their best, but it’s still a bit of a struggle in the summer. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a bunch of desks, some very heavy metal cupboards for our files, and a lot of logbooks. We don't have a marketing department or a PR person. Most of us are just regular folks who have been in the industry for a long time. We know the ins and outs of the metal business and we don't feel the need to use big, fancy words to describe it. We just handle the orders and make sure the shipments are moving as they should. We usually have lunch together in a small room at the back. It’s a very informal place. You’ll often find us just sitting around talking about the day's work or the latest news. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just show up, do a good day’s work, and head home to our families. It’s a straightforward, hardworking life here in Nagpur.
