Sunshine Black Granite

Our shop is at Plot No. 3 in the Tandya Industrial Area over in Nanjud. We’ve focused mostly on black granite because that’s what we know best. Being in an industrial area means there’s always something going on around us. There’s the sound of other factories and trucks constantly moving. It’s not a peaceful place, but it’s good for business. We spend our time polishing slabs and making sure the black stone looks like it should. It’s messy work with all the water and stone slurry everywhere. We don't bother with fancy offices. We have a small space to sit down, but mostly we are out where the stone is. People come to us when they want that specific look for their counters or stairs. We don't make big promises. We just show them what we’ve cut and let them decide. The granite is heavy, and moving it takes care. We’ve had a few scrapes and bruises over the years, but that’s part of the trade. We’re just a small crew working hard in Nanjud. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide decent granite to the people who need it. It’s a simple life, and we like the work well enough to keep doing it every day. Some days the humidity makes it tough, but we just drink some water and keep at it.
