Satish Granites

Satish Granites is situated at No-86 in the Industrial Shaburab area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity and machinery noise around us. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s the right spot for handling heavy granite. Our lot at No-86 is usually filled with large slabs that we move around with cranes and rollers. The ground is often covered in stone dust and the smell of wet rock when we're cleaning things off. We don't really do much in terms of decorating the place; it’s a working yard. We have a small area where we keep our files and take a break from the sun. The workers in Industrial Shaburab all know each other, so there is a bit of a community feel even with all the heavy industry. We spend the hours checking the thickness and the finish of the granite we have in stock. It’s tough work, especially when it’s hot outside, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just second nature now. There’s no fancy sales pitch here. We just show what we have at the yard and let the granite do the talking. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The trucks coming in and out are the main sound we hear all day long while we work.
