Orion Granites

We have been operating Orion Granites at 132 in the Hebbal Indu Area for a good while now. It is mostly an industrial spot, so there is always some noise and trucks moving around. We spend our days among the granite slabs, cutting them to size and moving them with the crane. It is dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by noon. Hebbal has changed a lot since we first started, but the industrial area stays pretty much the same. People come by looking for something specific for their kitchen or floors. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It is just a yard and a workshop where we do the actual work. We try to be helpful when someone walks in, but we are usually busy with a machine or a delivery. Sometimes the slab someone wants is at the bottom of a stack, so we have to move everything to get to it. That's just part of the job. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Mostly, people just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. We just focus on the stones and making sure the measurements are right. It is a simple life and we like being here in this part of Hebbal. The mornings are usually the busiest time when we unload the new granite shipments that come in by the truckload.
