Shri Pashupati Granites

Shri Pashupati Granites is located out in the Thandya Industrial Area. Our plots are 14 Bp2 and 14 Cp2, which is in Chikkaiahana Chathra, down in Nanjangud Taluk. It’s a proper industrial zone, so it’s not exactly a pretty place to visit. There’s a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery everywhere. We spend our time moving big blocks of granite and cutting them down to size. It’s tough work and it’s very physical. We aren't trying to be fancy here. Our office is just a small room where we keep the paperwork. Most of the action happens out in the yard. We deal with all sorts of stone, and every piece is a bit different. Some have spots, some have veins, and that’s just how nature made them. We don't give long speeches about quality. We just show the slabs and let people decide. The weather in Nanjangud can get really hot, which makes working with stone even harder. But the crew is used to it. We’ve been in this industrial area for a while and we know the other business owners around here. It’s a community of people just trying to get their work done. We load up the trucks, send them off, and then get back to the next block. There’s no mystery to it. Just hard work and a lot of heavy lifting every day.
