Sld Excellent Public School

Sld Excellent Public School is out in Yelwal, specifically in the KHB Colony at Yelchenally. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Mysore city, so it feels a bit more open out here. We’ve got the school set up in a way that works for the local families in the colony. The building itself is pretty straightforward, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, the classrooms are filled with the usual stuff like charts on the walls and rows of desks. We deal with the typical things you’d expect, like leaky taps sometimes or a fan that makes a clicking noise. The kids come from all over this part of Mysore, some walking and some on bikes. During the lunch break, the playground gets a bit wild with everyone running around, but it settles down once the bell rings again. We aren’t trying to be the biggest school around; we just want to make sure the kids in Yelwal have a place to go that isn't too far from home. The staff here are mostly people who live nearby, so everyone knows each other's business. It makes for a friendly atmosphere, even if things get a bit disorganized now and then. We just take it day by day, making sure the lessons are taught and the kids are safe until their parents pick them up in the afternoon. It is just a regular school day for all of us.
