Al Kareem School

Al Kareem School is over at No 147 in the 1St Stage of Rajivnagar. Mysore is a pretty calm city for the most part, and our corner of it stays fairly quiet too. The school has been here for a while now, and the building looks like it has seen many years of students coming and going. We don’t have a big staff with fancy titles. It is mostly just a few of us making sure the classrooms are ready every morning. The gate sometimes squeaks when it’s opened too fast, but we just live with it. Being in Rajivnagar means we have a lot of local families nearby who just walk their kids over. We have a small yard where everyone gathers before the first bell rings. It can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s fine. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. There are desks, some old cupboards, and the usual chalkboards in every room. Most of our day is spent dealing with the actual work of running a school, like fixing a broken chair or sorting through the mail that arrives at 570019. It’s a very normal routine here. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in Mysore. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady, practical way of doing things.
