We are located at number 546 on Narasipura Road, right in the Siddarthanagar area of Mysore. Ganapathi Sachidananda Vidya Samsthe has been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. Mysore is a city that values education, and we try to do our bit here on this side of town. The school isn't some glass-and-steel building; it's a practical place where kids come to learn their subjects and spend time with their friends. We have a mix of students from all sorts of backgrounds. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us for years. They know the families and they know the kids by name. Mornings are usually the busiest time with cycles and scooters pulling up outside. We have a decent amount of space for the children to run around during their breaks, which is important. The classes are kept simple. We don't use a lot of complicated technology, just good old-fashioned teaching with books and pens. Sometimes we have small events or celebrations for local festivals, and the whole school gets involved. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even if it gets a bit chaotic at times. We don’t promise anything impossible, just a steady place for children to get their schooling done without any fuss. It’s a community-focused school and we like it that way. Most of the parents work nearby and we see them at the gate every day.
