D. M. School

We are part of the Regional Institute of Education campus over at Manasa Gangothry Post. D. M. School is tucked away in a spot that has a lot of trees and green space around it, which is nice compared to the busier parts of the city. We have been running things here for years, and the building definitely shows its age in some corners. The classrooms are large with high ceilings, and they get a good breeze when the windows are open. Most of the people working here have spent half their careers in these halls. We see a lot of students coming through, some from very far away and some from right down the road. It isn't a flashy place. We have old chalkboards and wooden desks that have been carved into by generations of kids. The office is usually piled high with paperwork and old registers. We don't use any fancy technology if we can help it, just the basics that work. The walk from the main gate can be a bit long if you are on foot, but it is a peaceful walk. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. The school just exists to give the kids a place to sit and learn their lessons. Every morning starts with the same bell, and every afternoon ends the same way. It’s a steady rhythm that we have all grown used to over the decades. It works for us.
