Our office is on the second floor of the Nawab Building, which is Plot 327 on D N Road in Mumbai. It’s an old part of the city, right in the heart of everything. Being at 400001 means we are surrounded by history and a lot of busy people. Zar Infrastructure Projects is where we manage various project works from. The building itself has that old Mumbai feel, with high ceilings and a bit of a worn-down look, which we actually like. It’s not a modern glass tower, but it works for us. We spend our days coordinating different infrastructure tasks, which can be quite a headache with the city traffic and the sheer amount of people everywhere. Usually, the office is a mess of maps and project reports. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you come in, you'll probably just find one of us hunched over a desk or talking loudly on the phone to a supplier. We’ve been working in the infrastructure sector for a while, and we know that things rarely go perfectly to plan. You just have to be there to fix the problems as they happen. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, and the days can get really long. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the work we are responsible for gets completed properly and on time. That is the main thing for us. It’s just the way we operate.
